Customer Service/Sales Representative

Outbound call center representative that administers customer support to consumers by providing information on current services and offers. Must have the ability to clearly and confidently convey information to consumers by guiding them through a step by step process.
Providing customers with up-to-date product information
Recommending appropriate solutions to customers.
Providing world-class service, greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, using agreed upon procedures.
Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrating empathy
Answering customer questions regarding products offerings, promotions, etc.
Determining appropriate response to customers by using a script flow (program specific)
Customer service/sales skills and abilities to adapt to customer situations which include (but not limited to) the utilization of soft skills, expressing empathy, expressing a willingness to help and take ownership, and first call resolution.
Active listening, rapport building, conversational probing for needs, and recommending/presenting.
Computer skills, including experience in operating within a Windows environment and internet navigational skills.
Successful candidates will utilize customer service skills to assist our clients' members with advising members on all client benefits, offering and enrolling clients in special offers and promotions and other activities while working with members in meeting their requested needs (program specific).
Ability to work a flexible work schedule (currently M-F 8am-5pm) No Weekends!
Ability to meet call quality standards
Punctuality and dependability
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of Customer Service Principals and Practices
Outstanding Verbal Communication Skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
