Customer Service Account Manager

At Code Corporation the CSA is a leader in service, communication and problem solving. As the front line professional voice of Code Corporation the CSA provides above average customer service for inbound telephone inquiries. The CSA will also work closely with the Regional Manager on new opportunities providing, and retrieving the demonstration units for potential new customers. The CSA provides a professional appearance in responding to email inquiries. Overall, as a team player, the CSA coordinates communication with internal operations, outside sales representatives, customers and resellers.
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience in a call handling capacity.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional email and written communication skills.
- Experience in representing technical/electronic or medical products.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.), Salesforce and the Internet.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Aptitude for critical and creative thinking and problem solving.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
