Administrative & Marketing Assistance

This position is primarily administrative with opportunity to grow and expand into marketing efforts. You will be working as an assistant to the Marketing Team, assisting them with admin duties, handling the social media campaigns, and developing content for social media, the IDS blog, and other marketing materials. This position will more specifically include constant scheduling, planning, and ordering for industry conferences, client gifts, and work parties.
Schedule, organize, and manage industry shows
o Register Sales Reps for industry shows
o Schedule travel: Flights, Hotel, Rental Car
o Order show materials: furniture, inserts, etc.
o Package show materials for Sales Reps: brochures, inserts, business cards, banners, etc.
Plan, schedule, and execute work parties: Annual Christmas Party
Order, put together, and send out Annual Spring and Winter client gifts
Handle social media campaigns and postings: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
Write for the blog 1-2 posts a week: mortgage industry-related, company-related
Develop content for website and marketing materials as needed
Run errands, mail out packages, and order materials as needed

Qualifications:
Completed associate's degree, or at least two years of college completed with the intention to complete a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Business writing experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
