Sales & Marketing Assistant
Position
Summary:
Works in conjunction with the Sales Business Units and the rest of the organization to facilitate smooth, effective sales processes and transaction processing.
Position Reporting:
Reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing
Major Duties:
Manage all contracts and agreements
Review agreements regularly and report to management expiration dates
Manage all incoming Customer Purchase Orders:
Be responsible for the review, analysis, and monthly reporting of sales activity.
Prepares and triggers invoicing activity with Accounting
Coordinates activities between the Business Units
Be the first contact point for Customers as a Customer Service Representative
Assists customers with dimer quotes and orders
Assists Customers with spare parts and training needs by providing quotes
Be the main contact for customers returning defective or warranty replacement parts. Issue RMA numbers and monitor, track, and process parts. Determine whether parts are covered by warranty or not. Issue quotes when applicable for repair or replacement.
Maintain the filing for all Service and Training transaction records
Required Skills:
Analytical skill- the ability to gather, analyze, and report data. Ability to deduce meaningful conclusions and reconcile data.
Interactive Skills - ability to communicate and cooperate with customers and employees effectively.
Verbal and Written Communication Skills - ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in good verbal and grammatical form.
Administrative Skills - good coordination with the ability to work with others and express individual viewpoints while considering and learning from the input of others.
Exceptional communications skills: oral, written, and presentation
Ability to organize, work independently and exhibit excellent time management skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to drive results
Excellent competence using Excel required.
