Office Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the agency. This person must possess a willingness to quickly learn new skills and maintain a positive upbeat attitude, particularly while under pressure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Work directly with customers
-Maintain personnel files and records
-proficient in writing in all lines of business
-Assisting with agency marketing, customer service and billing

-Positive attitude/energetic
-Highly organized
-Excellent time management skills/multi tasking skills
-Proficient with basic computer applications
-Currently has P/C license or is willing to get license
-Excellent interpersonal skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
