We are looking for a Quickbooks certified bookkeeper. This person will be responsible for AR/AP, payroll, sales orders, internal financial reporting to the Executive Team and for collecting past due funds from customers and business partners. Must work well as part of a team and be trustworthy. This person will also be expected to work with external auditors to prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings.
Must have at least 1 year of previous experience.

-1 Year or more experience in an office setting

-Selling background is a plus, but not essential
-Must be able to work full time Mon - Fri

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
