PPC Account Strategist

A PPC (Pay Per Click) Account Strategist at 180Fusion introduces PPC products and services to established clients, showing value with each product throughout the life of the account. In addition to growing their book of business through up-sells and retention, they will also analyze and maintain the account, create long term marketing plans and be responsible for ensuring the success of their client in the PPC marketing space. The PPC Account Strategist will handle all of the project execution actions and will interface with clients on fulfillment of each action.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales, optimization and retention targets
Cooperating with the client and Manager to determine strategic approaches for sales and long-term PPC marketing plans for the client
Maintaining and expanding the client base for the organization
Outbound and inbound PPC account management
Handling cancellations or client concerns with effective communication and escalation techniques
Coordinating with the appropriate internal department managers to ensure that the client's orders are fulfilled and that client's expectations are being met
Reviewing monthly progress reports on client accounts and communicating the progress with the client
Communicate regularly with clients through telephone, email or other form of correspondence to discuss account status, review reports and strategize for account success
Analyzing client PPC accounts and making appropriate decisions and changes to ensure client key performance indicators and internal key performance indicators are met
Emphasizing service and product features and benefits, discussing payment on account, quoting pricing and closing opportunities
Maintenance of account notes and accurate contact information in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Taking initiative to keep current on industry trends and products
Previous marketing and/ or PPC experience preferred
Ability to work and excel in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances
Must be a team player
Highly proficient computer skills
Ability to type 45+ words per minute
Excellent telephone sales personality skills
World class customer service skills
Above average time management skills
Decision making, problem resolution and critical thinking skills
Able to multi task and shift priorities
Honest, process oriented and assertive

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
