National Sales / Relationship Lead

- Develop and execute sales strategy to attain company revenue and profitability goals.
- Deepen 20-25 established distributor relationships to expand market share.
- Cultivate new leads with distributors and convenience store chains.
- Work with distributors to increase order averages and reallocate assets if necessary.
- Manage sales team including setting goals, metrics, and weekly meetings.
- Travel to convenience stores to:
o Confirm location of Freezing Point assets.
o Provide service and problem resolution.
o Follow-up on install process.
o Offer excellent service to build solid long-lasting relationships.
- Travel 2 weeks per month initially to solidify relationships.
Pay:
Expected Salary + Bonus: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and results.
Benefit Pay $3,600 annually to be used at your discretion (e.g. healthcare, dental)
Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used at your discretion.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- College degree preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
