All departments within Listen to provide website management to help each department fulfill their mission.
Status: Full Time

Overview:
Key areas of responsibility:
Website architecture and maintenance
Statistical analysis and SEO
Responsible to maintain the company's websites. Performs backups and ensure user accessibility to the site. Performs statistical analysis and SEO on the sites to ensure that the organizations online portal is among its best assets and offers a public face to the company on the Internet.
Detailed
Responsibilities:
Develops technical architecture of Internet Web sites including scripting, database design and user interface design.
Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations.
Improves the websites efficiency and designs the look and feel for the sites.
Consults with employees from various departments in order to coordinate Internet activities, identify needs, and explain Internet Web site opportunities and limitations.
Refreshes Internet Web site content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images.
Monitors and reports on campaigns and statistical analysis, and develops actionable recommendations.
Tests and tracks landing page optimization and other conversion strategies.
Develops modifications or enhancements to existing Internet Web programs
Troubleshoots problems associated with Internet Web applications and/or Internet Web pages.
Evaluates operations, and recommends improvements and modifications of Internet Web programs.
Develops strategies and/or plans for Internet Web page design.
Researches and evaluates software, hardware and new technologies.
Secures and manages public access to information transmitted and stored.
Remains current on job specific knowledge (e.g., scripting, hardware, software, security issues, authoring tools, graphic design tools, new languages, etc.) and industry trends by attending training courses/seminars and professional organizational meetings and conferences and reading job-related professional journals/publications.
Provides training to personnel in the maintenance of Internet Web pages.
Prepares utilization and status reports, and develops actionable recommendations.
Acts as a liaison with customers, vendors and the general public. Authorizes links to Internet Web site and gets approval from agencies to establish links. Answers and/or forwards e-mail questions from Internet Web users to appropriate personnel.

Achievement of assigned tasks
Uptime (measured with Pingdom or similar)
Server load
Time taken to resolve tickets
Critical errors (via server logs)
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required.
Minimum 2-4 years experience required.
Must have a working knowledge of various programming techniques (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Java, PHP, ASP, XML, SQL, etc.).
Working knowledge of Django web framework required.
Working knowledge and experience with Magento CMS a plus
A thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Excellent communications skills both written and spoken.
Time management skills.
Positive, can do attitude.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
