General Summary of Position
The Sales Order Entry/RMA Specialist role entails the ownership of order entry and support to the returns. It provides the assurance that each order and/or return will be entered accurately and promptly to ensure prompt shipments to the customers. The main objectives as a Sales Order Entry/RMA Specialist with GOAL ZERO are to ensure that each order and return are entered with precision.
Faultlessly enter orders in MAS
Manage and correspond with all SPS and EDI orders
Handling RMA email returns from B2B customers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Faultlessly enter orders in MAS
o Attention to detail is a must. When orders are entered into the system, they must be done meticulously to ensure accuracy.
o Orders received must be entered within 24 business hours to meet the 72 hour deadline.
o Have open communication with sales team, order allocator and supply chain about discrepancies.
Manage and correspond with all electronic SPS and EDI orders
o Regularly check portals to ensure that all orders are received and entered.
o Report back to customers' systems product that has shipped and invoiced.
Handling RMA email returns from customers
o Email customers their reference numbers
o Work with sales team on any issues or discrepancies with returns
...and any other Duties and Responsibilities defined by the Order Management Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
Exceptional Communications Skills (oral and written)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to type 50 WPM
Compensation
Wage: $10-12/hr

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
