Inside Sales Rep
Applicant will be responsible for the following:
-Answering telephone
-Greeting and assisting walk in customers
-Preparing for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes
-Providing customers with pricing and stock information
-Creating and processing sales orders for customers
-Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
-Assisting with showroom and merchandise maintenance
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Good organizational and personal skills
-Good communication skills; oral and written
-Basic computer skills with MS Office products required
-Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision
-Previous retail experience a plus
