Job Duties:
-Provide a high level of Customer Service to Independent Business Owners
-Receive inbound calls from Independent Business Owners and respond to questions regarding company policies, products, programs and events
-Perform outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Part time shifts available
Days
Monday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Tuesday-Friday 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Evenings
Monday 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Tuesday-Friday 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Requirements:
-Requires High School Diploma
-Requires basic computer and typing skills
-Requires strong communication skills
-Must be able to handle high-stress situations
-Must have strong organizational values
-Must have a positive attitude
-Must be able to maintain a high energy level
-Must be able to sit or stand at a desk throughout shift
Fluent in Spanish a plus
