Equine Veterinary Receptionist

We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly, outgoing customer service representative. The position available is part time with the possibility of full time employment.
The responsibilities include; scheduling and confirming appointments, managing client/doctor communications, maintaining office and ground cleanliness, taking and filling client orders and delivery of excellent client care in a growing, two doctor, Equine Veterinary Practice.
-General horse experience and knowledge is required. Candidates with NO horse experience will not be considered.
-Ability to multitask, excellent positive attitude and a detail-oriented, strong work ethic is also required.
-Employees must be able to lift 50lbs easily without assistance.
-Must work at least two Saturday shifts (8:
00am-2:
00pm) per month.
-Weekday shifts from 8:
00am to 5:
00pm are required.
-Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft productivity software.
-Must thrive in a fast paced work environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
