The Database Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of databases in our organization.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Will need to have a minimum of 3 years installing and upgrading database server applications and tools
Must have experience backing up and restoring databases
Additional Qualifications/skills:
Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database system
Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information given by application developers verbally
Enrolling users and maintaining system security
Ensuring compliance with database vendor license agreement
Controlling and monitoring user access to the database
Maintaining archived data
Generating various reports by querying from database as needed
Demonstrates positive influences on colleagues, customers, and potential customers
Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times
Demonstrates respect for management and peers, and responds to needs by complying with Company policies
Other duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
