eBay Inc. seeks, MTS 1, Business Systems Analyst in Draper, Utah.
Job Duties: Involved in defining the strategy, priorities and roadmap of support systems functionality for Customer Service, and related product projects. Work closely with technical development teams, Global Customer Operations and Experience, QA, Training, and consultants throughout the lifecycle of large scale systems implementations. Lead implementation of large scale software packages. Act as a liaison to the CS Operations, product development, QA and Readiness organizations, aligning requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives, leading process designs for differentiated service models. Influence and educate business constituents regarding tolls best practices and key capabilities. Facilitate requirements and design meetings to understand and collect product, business and key capabilities. Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements. Maintain and manage relationships with outside vendors and consultants. Identify and design new processes that may be required in support of the project, using and adapting existing processes. Ensure new processes are transitioned to appropriate owners for ongoing support. Assist in the project management of new programs. Ensure alignment of projects and requirements to strategic objectives. Utilize experience with large scale system implementation, including CRM and Telephony; large scale contact centers in a service environment, including Siebel, or similar CRM systems; Genesys routing and Aspect eWFM applications. Work in a team environment.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience in business systems analysis or IT analysis or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in business systems analysis or IT analysis.
Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include the following: experience in High Tech industries, specific focus on large scale system implementation (i.e. CRM, Telephony, etc.); experience with large scale contact centers in a service environment, including exposure to Siebel, or similar CRM systems; knowledge of Genesys routing and eWFM applications, Siebel Tools, Siebel Client, Assignment Manager, Siebel Call Center Application, Siebel Services Application, Actuate Reporting Tool, EIM, Oracle Databases, eScript and EAI (Integration). Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
