Job Description
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from provided leads sources, these are warm leads that have registered on our website. THEY KNOW YOU WILL BE CALLING.
Quickly qualify the lead and schedule appointments for Real Estate Agents on the team
Be militant about making and keeping a follow up schedule to keep in touch with the leads
Input/manage lead databases, pulling conversion ratio reports & system reports (Database training provided)
Receive incoming leads and respond to leads with in 2 minutes.
Responsibilities
Set weekly goals
Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks, share statistic reports with management
Attend training/meetings every Monday at 11am
Establish and put into action regular role-play partners.
Willing to be held accountable for goals & results.
Manage 50-100 new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.
Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 1-2 hours /week.
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis and qualify leads in a timely manner.
Schedule a routine follow up timeline, conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set.
Qualifications
Impeccable phone/communication skills with the ability to build rapport and gain trust.
Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
Results oriented and high achiever.
Confident and pleasant telephone voice

This is an hourly position, with bonuses where you decide how much you want to make based upon your success!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
