Summary:
This person is responsible for making outbound calls to recruiting directors, HR directors, etc with the objective of setting up an appointment (sales call) for our directors.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an effective, compelling, skillful Sales Development Representative (SDR), who can 'open doors' with potential clients and develop leads that turn into sales. This person MUST be a self starter who is motivated to play a key role in growing our start-up. This person enjoys a challenge and can perform under pressure.
Reporting to the VP Sales, the SDRs are often the first voice a potential customer hears. This is therefore a critically important role within our company. You are responsible for developing and qualifying leads for the organization. You will engage prospects over the phone, email, and social media to qualify them for a demo. As a key member of the sales team you will work close with all stakeholders and enjoy playing a critical role in the growth of the company.

Prospect and qualify potential customers world wide, leveraging various sales and marketing tools
Develop enterprise and SMB customer prospects through direct phone calls, emails and social media
Develop and build relationships with prospects until they complete a demo
Weekly review of scheduled demos and call numbers; keeps records and fullfills assigned tasks in our CRM
Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage your leads and be a team player; strong time management skills
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
HS Degree or equivalent experience is required
Dynamic, fearless, high energy, very strong phone skills, 1-2 years successful sales experience in a sales or sales development or inside sales role within an intense, fast paced, goal oriented company
Blend of strategic thinking and meticulous, swift tactical execution.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team oriented environment
Strong computer, written and interpersonal communications skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
