Job description
Solar Rep will be responsible for 100 pre-qualified leads a week. These leads will allow the rep to know credit and income before ever knocking on the door. Rep is required to contact lead, set up appointments and convert lead into sales.
Job requirements and expectations
Required solar experience
Reps will be given 100 new leads per week with the expectation that 80% of the leads are contacted.
New leads will not be given until 80% of leads are contacted.
Contacting leads (Over the phone or in person.)
Calling lead
Emailing, and conversing with possible customers and setting appointments.
Min of 10 appointment ran per week from leads
Sit down with the customer and go over proposal.
Min of 1 sale per week. (4 sales per month)
Updating of lead status. (Contacted, pitched or sold)
