Part Time - Experienced Door Installer - or Full Time Stone Installer
Job Description
Part time, experienced Door Installer - Paid per install. Both new construction and remodels.
Responsible for loading door, installation of door, hardware install, glass install, and adjusting to ensure a tight seal. On remodels, finish work such as installing trim, painting, and sealing is required. Our goal is to make our install look as if it was the original application on a remodel. Finish work needs to be top notch. Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while on any job. We have worked hard to keep our reputation the best in the industry.
Full Time Stone Installer / laborer - Pay depends on experience - Spanish Speaking a plus
Installation of stone, prep work, mixing, grouting, cleaning applications.
Responsibilities
Door Installations require finish work on remodels, warranty issues, adjustments, glass installation, door touch up. Remodels require demo of the existing door and finish work. Must keep it clean as possible during demo.
Qualifications
Must have willing and team player attitude. Previous 3-4 years experience installing doors is preferred, but open to other skilled trades, Iron doors are a little more complicated of an install compared to a regular interior door. which requires problem solving and thinking outside the box. Must be able to lift heavy objects where needed. On large units, we utilize a flatbed with a forklift to get the unit into the rough opening. Must be professional.
Stone Installer - Must be willing to work hard, and have some experience in construction. Any skill level is considered.
