Job Description
Billing Specialist for Restoration Company. You will be handling all paper work from technicians and entering it into the billing software and getting it over to the insurance agencies.
Responsibilities
Putting all information into Xactimate Software
Sending bills to customers and insurance companies
Making sure proper correspondence is sent in a timely manner
Following up with Insurance Companies on funds getting dispersed.
Keeping all collections up to date
Qualifications
Xactimate knowledge preferred but not necessary.
Medical Billing background a plus
Familiarity with insurance companies and funding.
Mitigation background a plus
Attention to detail is a must
Can meet deadlines and work well under pressure.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
