Job Description
We are a growing sales office seeking energetic, driven people who would like to determine their own paycheck.If you are a highly motivated individual that wants the opportunity, We are looking for fast-learners who have a positive attitude.We have competitive commission rates and company perks including: Cash spiffs,opportunities to win prizes such as X-Box, gift cards, iPad's,55 TVS, etc.Hourly base pay in place during training and if commissions aren t met.No experience necessary.We prefer to train people from the ground up, although experience is always welcome. Hard work is required. A desire to learn and grow is required. We do not do cold-calling. Benefits include a commission without a ceiling.The average employee with no experience usually makes anywhere from $500 to $1500 per week initially. This job is truly a gift to those with a strong work ethic, without a degree, as most employees reach a six figure income within their 2nd year. We offer the best training to ensure the success of our marketers.We also provide sound guidance on topics they don't teach you in school, such as how to manage your finances, self-improvement/personal growth and goal setting. Our employees move up the company ladder based on performance without politics.
SCHEDULE:
M 11 am-8 pm (1 -3 Lunch Break)
T-Th 10 am-7 pm (1-3 Lunch Break)
F 9 am-4 pm (12-1 Lunch Break)
S 10 am - 2 pm (Not required if sales quota is met for the week)

Qualifications: Will be making up to 100 calls per day no cold calling, all leads provided to you Ability to effectively manage time Ability to organize and effectively utilize leads Display a positive attitude and good work-ethic Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, goal driven environment around like-minded people Must be internally driven, self-motivated, self-confident, sales aptitude, and a positive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations Collaborative team player mentality Ability to accept and implement supervisor feedback to improve sales results. Show up to work on time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
