Assistant Project Manager of Land Development
Job Description
This position will assist the Vice President of Land in residential land development, land entitlement and acquisition for residential and multifamily properties.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities aren't required but the candidate's ability to fulfill these responsibilities will be considering when selecting a candidate for the job and the appropriate compensation
-Assisting in fielding bids for residential land development
-Assisting in contracting contractors for land development
-Assisting in the approval and permitting process for residential development
-Assisting in managing residential land development projects
-Assisting in contracting utility companies
-Processing change orders
-Designing conceptual site plans for residential developments
-Use of AutoCAD
-Calling prospective land sellers
-Providing take offs on construction drawings
Qualifications
Experience is a plus and will be considered when determining compensation. Selected candidate will likely have some real estate, construction, development or engineering experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
