EARTHWORK SUPERINTENDENT / FOREMAN

Looking for an earthwork/dirtwork superintendent with the qualifications listed in this job posting.

Qualifications
Technically competent in dirt work, including:
-Mass Earthwork (efficiencies with scrapers, dozers, graders, etc.
-Road Building
-Full understanding of soils (proctors etc.)
-Calculating grades
-Experience with GPS systems and an understanding of intelligent equipment would be helpful
Excellent People Skills:
-Effective at organizing and motivating work crews
-Demonstrates pride in his/her work and helps employees do the same
-Sets clear expectations and helps crews meet them
-Team player.contributes to the success of the team
Organizational and Personal Skills:
-Capacity to multi-task
-Problem solver
-Capacity to create and maintain schedules relating to dirt work
-Generally well organized and personableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
