Maintenance/Handyman worker
Job Description
Maintenance man that can do plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet rock, minor painting, all aspects of remodeling.
Responsibilities
We remodel and do repairs on foreclosed homes and we have picked up and needed 1-2 employees.
Must have own truck, some tools, cellphone.
Qualifications
You must be willing work be on time. You must be a self starter and able to work & make decisions on your own. Have truck, tools and CellphoneEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
