Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing technology company. The SimpleNexus Customer Success Manager position is located at the SimpleNexus corporate office in Draper, Utah. This position is responsible for engaging with our customers and ensuring that they have fantastic experiences on the SimpleNexus platform while increasing SimpleNexus revenue. The customer success manager is not a glorified customer support representative - It is a revenue driver and critical to our success.
Responsibilities
Perform customer outreach to customers to ensure they are receiving the maximum benefits of the SimpleNexus platform
Work with customers & SimpleNexus marketing teams to develop programs to increase customer engagement
Track customer product & feature usage and provide insight for product enhancements to SimpleNexus product team
Track customer churn and work with SimpleNexus and customer to reduce
Sell upgrades to current SimpleNexus customers
Engage with customers through onsite visits
Resolve customer billing & payment issues
Qualifications
Experience with web-based applications and mobile apps (iOS & Android)
Proficiency in computing, including CRM and support automation systems, etc.
Experience calling customers to provide information on new product offerings and features
Experience selling enterprise web-based software helpful
Experience producing and giving presentations to C-level audiences
Experience creating and distributing marketing material through print, online, and email campaigns

Absolute commitment to meeting or exceeding customer needs in a prompt and accurate manner
Accurate with strong attention to details especially as manifest by meticulous customer service and product research
Desire to keep current with IT trends, methodical features/function software review and industry trends
Ability to travel to customer offices and conferences (25% time).
Compensation will be based on a base salary and commission. Full health benefits and PTO included.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
