Construction Laborer
Job Description
The Laborer position requires assisting the Lead Installer on commercial construction sites. You will work on a two-man crew installing expansion joints, louvers, sunshades, wall protection, skylights, screen walls and handrails. The business is located in Bluffdale but projects are throughout the state. All tools are provided. Wage is $14 per hour. Benefits include 7 paid holidays after one year of full-time employment. Five days paid vacation after one-year of FT employment and 10 days paid vacation after three years of FT employment. Health insurance is offered after 60 days of FT employment. We are hiring immediately!
Responsibilities
Must be willing to follow instruction from the Lead Installer. Does require climbing ladders, being on rooftops occasionally, using power tools and attention to detail. You must pass a drug test and background check before being hired and periodically throughout employment.
Qualifications
No experience with this specific type of installation is necessary but a construction background is helpful. Must have a desire to work construction and work as a team member. Must be able to communicate with others throughout the installation process.
