Lead Installer - Commercial Construction

Job Description
Employee would be the Lead installer on commercial construction projects, installing aluminum expansion joints, louvers, sunshades, wall protection and handrails. All tools are provided. You would be working on a two-man crew with a helper. Our business is located in Bluffdale but projects are throughout the state. You would be driving a company van to the job site. Wage is $18.00 per hour or more, depending upon experience. Benefits include; 7 paid holidays after one year of FT employment, 5 days paid vacation after one year of FT employment and 10 days paid vacation after three years of FT employment. Health insurance is available after 60 days of FT employment and the company pays half of the monthly premium.
Responsibilities
This job requires attention to detail and good communication skills. You need to be able to instruct a helper and report to the project manager.
Qualifications
The employee needs a wide knowledge of commercial construction. Experience with multiple types of installation is necessary. We are looking for someone with supervisory skills who can problem solve and take initiative on the job site. Certifications are not required but helpful. A background check, drug testing and a valid Driver s License are all required prior to employment. Drug testing will occur periodically throughout employment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
