Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a full time Sales person to join our team! We are looking for a team oriented, self-starter with a desire to learn the flooring industry. We are rapidly growing and we will have opportunities for advancement within the company over the years. We are offering an initial hourly wage of $15 an hour as well as team bonuses for this intro position.
Hours:
Tuesday - Friday- 10 AM - 6 PM
Saturday- 10 AM - 4 PM
Closed on Sunday, Monday, and major holidays
Responsibilities
Assist the current sale steam with day to day operations
Gain product knowledge so that you will be able to work independently with customers
Help maintain the showroom and other duties as needed
Report on team and individual performance
Help us to develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clientsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
