Sales Account Manager
Job Description
Warmzone is a national engineering and sales organization of radiant heating systems. We work with a wide variety of home owners and building professionals and sell the highest valued radiant heating systems in North America. We are looking for a sales account manager to work from our Draper office, with responsibilities for growing the account base while maintaining existing accounts.
Responsibilities
The position will work closely with home owners, home builders, various types of sub-contractors, business owners, architects and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
2. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals. Consistent and complete follow up with existing and prospect accounts is expected and required.
4. Prepare presentations and proposals. Negotiate sales/purchases, manage, renew, and review contracts as required to enable effective sales growth.
5. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
6. Identify and resolve client concerns.
7. Create, manage and maintain accurate account records, quotes and new sales and account management documentation using existing CRM system.
Qualifications
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and includes a combination of salary and commission.
This position does NOT require: Pitching to family and friends Buy-in or fee to set-up your own business or Independent Contractor Status.
