Sales Consultant - Real Estate

We are currently seeking to add a Sales Consultant to their team in an all leads provided and no paperwork atmosphere! Our stable and established company has sold over 6,500 properties since their time of inception and over 70% of their buyers are repeat buyers, meaning that the majority of incoming leads already know the company, the sales process, and the great service provided by our client. Our client fosters a very relaxed workplace, where micromanagement is non-existent, meaning that this role will be able to come on board, learn the role, and autonomously create their own success! If you are successful in this role, the opportunity to move up the ranks to a Sales Management role is what you can expect.
Responsibilities
Position Duties:
-Make sales appointments with clients
-Meet with clients in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
-Convert incoming leads into sales appointments
-Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
-Discover how to market products to new users
-Understand how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current market trends
Qualifications
Candidate
Qualifications:
-Must have active real estate license to start
-2
years of sales experience
-Ability to speak with mid-to-high income clientele
-Strong time management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Self-Starter with a passion for providing great service to clients
-High School Diploma or GED preferred
