Job Description
We need someone who loves being on the phone, chasing possibilities to make our clients dreams a reality! They will be relentless in their follow up and qualifying our leads. We are looking for someone who will quickly earn the title of Buyer's Agent or who already has experience as a Buyer's Agent. This is a commission sales position with amazing earning possibilities.
Responsibilities
TASKS
Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends.
Prospect and convert prospective leads.
Complete initial buyer consultation.
Schedule buyer appointments with prospective buyers.
Show properties to prospective buyers.
Execute initial offer paperwork and return for processing.
Consult with client to ensure fiduciary service is given during real estate transaction.

Must be happy & positive.
Must be able to provide a high level of fiduciary advice.
Must be results oriented and have the ability to take charge.
Must have the ability to learn scripts and dialogues.
Must be coachable, have a desire to learn, and a desire to succeed.
Must bring new ideas and be willing to continually progress in both technology and the ever-changing real estate market.
Must be reliable, dependable, and on time for all appointments.
Must be able to follow directions, systems, and procedures.
Must be able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful track record in direct sales.
Pursuing or Has Current Real Estate License.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding team player, who will enjoy our family approach and leverage our expertise appropriately.
Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to learn simplistic systems and basic database management.
Basic to intermediate knowledge in real estate associated programs or an advanced ability to learn such items.
Must maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all times.
Must also maintain a business wardrobe and appearance in the office and when interfacing with our clients.
Able and willing to work 5 days per week including Saturdays to meet goals and deadlines.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
