SUPERVISORY SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (Title 32)

As a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (Title 32), GS-2005-9, you will:
This is not an all-inclusive list Supervises a group of subordinates (usually three or more) in performing supply work. Plans, assigns, directs and reviews the work of subordinates. Responsible for the property book operations of the organization in the areas of inventory management, storage management, equipment coordination and supply management. Ensures the property book sections periodically perform asset visibility rebuild to validate data in the asset visibility files. Maintains property book accountability utilizing an automated system and related computer programs to account for property. Establishes hand receipt files for each unit, whether separate or organic to battalions of the brigade, and maintains accountability by the use of hand receipt listings. Schedules and directs the conduct of periodic inspections, inventories and change of hand receipt accounts to assure supplies are serviceable, properly stored, maintained and accounted for as required by competent authority. Establishes quality edit procedures and oversees the edit of all documents. Review and analyze listings and reports produced by the automated system,resolves problems on error listings, and provides guidance to personnel assigned to the Property Book Office. Coordinates with the USP&FO and subordinate units of the brigade on the lateral transfer and/or turn in of excess property. Your resume must have complete information:

Experience:
Experience, education, or training in a variety of operations or situations concerned with substance or content of supply actions, requiring ability to decide course of action to take, considering the circumstances or conditions encountered. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Do you have 24 months of specialized experience, education, or training dealing with cost estimates, budgets or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experience supervising others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
