Housing and Travel Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
SUMO Medical Staffing is a Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting agency that places physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants in hospitals and medical centers throughout the nation.
We are currently searching for someone that can work with our sales and marketing teams and would be responsible for arranging and booking our healthcare practitioners travel and housing for their temporary assignments.
Additionally the Administrative Assistant generates client and practitioner acceptance and extension letters that include assignment related details.
This person may also be asked to enter leads into our database posting jobs on various websites answer incoming calls and work with our administrative teams on various support functions.
The perfect candidate for this job would be someone that is very dependable detail oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
This individual will be able to work well in a fastpaced office environment be able to multitask and demonstrate organization and prioritization abilities.
Someone that has great negotiating skills and is not afraid to search for the best deals in booking flights car rental and housing for our providers.
Experience with Outlook Word and Excel preferred.
Strong computer skills is a must.
Ability to multi task and be selfmotivated.
Must be reliable have strong attention to detail and be very well organized.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
