Human Resources Manager

Summary The Human Resources Manager works with the VP of HR and team to direct all human resource functions and services to support CCM and contribute to company growth and performance.
The incumbent applies human resource policies programs knowledge and practices to provide a balanced strategic HR deliverables for the company.
The position provides supervision and guidance to HR Coordinators and dependent on experience other HR team members in driving HR processes and projects.
The position also provides technical assistance to both Corporate and Branch Operations to promote a productive organization employee effectiveness and successful business operations.
As a member of the Human Resources Team the incumbent provides input into the strategic role of HR and the development of policies and procedures for the company.
Incumbent is responsible to provide specific support to the Sales organization on all compensation decisions by interfacing directly with the SVP Production.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
