Respond to help desk tickets either in person or over the phone.
Install modify and repair computer hardware and software.
Provide excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities The Help Desk Technician is expected to Job Qualifications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Note The need may arise to revise supplement or rescind portions of this job description and Prestige Financial management reserves the right to do so at any time.
Employee shall be required meet the qualifications and perform the duties of any revised job description.
Schedule Monday to Friday either ap or ap you will need to work Saturday each month This is a hybrid position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
