For Sale: 1956 Lincoln Premiere in Draper, Utah for sale in Draper, UT

1 of 20
Vehicle Description My dad purchased this vehicle in 1960 from a used-car dealer in Salt Lake City, Utah for $1825.
He drove it to work and on family trips to California and New Mexico.
I can even recall going on a camping trip as a teenager and sleeping in the trunk.
(Certainly had lots of room.
) Over the years he would tinker and make minor repairs from time to time.
The odometer reading is a guess on my part (my dad has passed on) since the top two digits are peeling.
I recall it was in the 80s or low 90s.
Truly unique and a one-of-a-kind.
The vehicle was recently appraised.
The condition of the 56 Lincoln in this report, is amazing considering the age of the car.
The body is good with little or no rust.
The interior is good and original.
The only thing missing is the radio.
A replacement radio could be found with little effort.
The engine, transmission and running gear are all original and in working condition.
As a project car for restoration, this car has everything and would be an easy build.
The car has some minor issues that need to be addressed.
Things that need work are the power windows, the windshield, the left door needs adjustment, the roof has a small crease, the power steering leaks, the air conditioning needs work, the steering wheel needs to be replaced, the radio is missing and the upholstery needs to be replaced.
All the above are very minor items.
For this car, a frame off restoration would be a relatively minor operation.
Everything is there.
This is a dream come true for a car enthusiast.
